年初四祝各位 - 牛年唔使「初四咁嘅樣」
但如果你老闆「初四咁嘅樣」點算好?
而家咁嘅經濟環景,老闆初四咁嘅樣離不開以下3個原因:
1) 冇生意
2) 冇生意、淨支出
3) 冇生意、淨支出、食老本
「初四咁嘅樣」原自入肉。就算你老闆都係打工,佢樓上都會層壓式比個初四樣佢。呢個時候好睇閣下能否為老闆分憂。
講3個阿媽係女人嘅分憂方法:
1) 開源
2) 節流
3) process improvement
唔好 close 住,我唔係 Bxxxx Cha,唔會叫你買 7位數字收入課程 (小弟亦無此能耐),只不過有啲經驗供大家參考。
以上3個方法知易行難,公司越大越難行。能否有效開源、節流要睇你 department / grading。但 process improvement 我相信大部份人都可以諗下,生意淡薄下增加內部效率隨時係 $$。而對老闆黎講,都係苦中一點甜。
Process improvement 無分大細,而且夠 creative 更可以「一毫不拔」,例如:
Sales:
> every staff can be sales and can share commission upon contract sign off
> rotate sales and CS staff so they understand each other better
Trainer:
> invite business managers (subject matter experts) to co-train with you > invite staff as mini-trainers to teach others hard skills they are good at eg. Excel.
Process improvement 呢家野,生意好時其他人太忙唔會 cater 你,但現時人人自危,其他人為咗生存都會傾向配合 (bottom line 係你嘅 idea makes sense)。
你作為打工仔,幫老闆分憂係為咗survival,同時 improvement ideas 可以成為 CV 入面嘅 achievement。Why not?
